OMG - Has it really been that long???

Sorry all... I've had quite the time getting back out here to update!  Been working on getting recertification hours for my Certified Payroll Professional  designation, and summer, summer vacation and kids birthdays have gotten in the way! 

I have to get ready for the crop at the Drury Inn in Chesterfield July 30- August 1.  Figuring out what to do for the make and take etc.  Haven't had a whole lot of time for scrapping, much to my chagrin... hopefully will get some time to get some artwork back out here!

And.. by the way, the baby bunnies have all left... we are all sad to see them go, but happy they got big enough to venture out.  We can only hope to see them again someday. 

Our Easter Bunnies!

When we let our dog Winston out this morning - he headed to the little tree by the house and was sniffing around something.  When Chris and Courtney went out to see what he was sniffing around they saw four baby bunnies!!!!  The are so darn cute!  We put a sled up to hopefully help block the wind.  We have had a group of rabbits in and out of our back yard all winter, they eat my bushes.. I don't like that, but love animals too much to do anything about it.  Now they had some babies....  and they are so darn cute... If I can just keep Sierra from picking them up and adopting them all, I will be lucky.  But we keep telling her that if they get our scent on them, then the mommy won't come back.  They are the cutest little things.  I hope momma comes back and keeps them warm and safe.  The challenges now are to keep Winston away from them... and from chasing momma away.  Harry is blind - so he won't see them to be able to chase them. 
We feel very fortunate to have our own Easter Bunnies right in our back yard!  I can feel the scrapbook pages forming!

Two in one day!!!! Topstitch workshop samples

Here is something else I was working on.. I got the template for this from a fellow CTMH consultant, Anna Jarnagin!  Thank you Anna!  It's a Flip Flap Photobook featuring our Memory Protectors Flip Flaps!   

This is the outside when it was done... I used Aspen paperpack along with some Dimensional Elements and brads...  It turned out great!!  (but I could be biased lol)

and a shot of the inside, so you can get the idea... isn't it cool?  I love our bulletin boards!  I find alot of inspiration on there!

Where have I been?

I'm so sorry, I have had a couple of crazy weeks... But here are my Valentine's Cards I made for my girls and hubby.  Like I said, they were so much fun to make!!!

This is the one I made for Chris - I used Silhouette paper with Colonial White textured cardstock from our special!! 

This is the one for Sierra, she loves to make popcorn... so the stamp was perfect!!! and she loves Pink.. so the Whoops a Daisy pack was a natural pick!

This is the one I made for Courtney... Her favorite color is green, and I love the Boom Di Ada papers!!

I received an exciting email from a really nice lady who is organizing a weekend crop and she wants me to be the Close to My Heart consultant, and create some make and takes etc.  I am very excited!! I can't wait, but I have to since it's the last weekend in July!  The good thing is with all the happenings, I will be on vacation from work that next week, so I will have plenty of time to refresh my energy level for the next week!  If you'd like some information on this crop and happen to be in St Louis area - or willing to travel, please let me know, I'd be glad to pass on the information to you!  Love to see you there!!
